If you are putting down a deposit on a litter that is not yet born, then the deposit is refundable should the litter not produce what you are wanting(ex. you want a male and the litter only produces females). In this case your deposit will be immediately returned to you or put onto another litter, depending on your wishes. If you decide not to take your puppy for any other reason, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, but can be put onto another future litter. Paypal is the easiest and quickest way to send payment. PICKING UP YOUR PUPPY:If you are planning on picking up your puppy in person that is great! Pups generally ride very well in cars and I have found that they will sleep on your lap and are content as long as they are close to a person. If you have a friend to ride along for the trip that is helpful. Some pups get upset when crated in the car, because they are not accustomed to a crate and will be missing their littermates and mother. I will send home some toys with the puppy, as well as a dish for water/food and some food for the puppy so you can mix it with his/her new food to change over slowly. You should bring a towel or blanket for the puppy to lay on and some bottled water for the puppy. It is always nice when a new owner can pick up their puppy in person. But I understand that with busy schedules that is not always possible. If we must ship the puppy I use Delta Airlines for shipping via air, and I also have an excellent lady that will ground deliver for me!

This is a binding contract with the purpose of protecting both the Seller, Buyer and the puppy/ dog.Seller certifies that said puppy is in good health to the best of Seller's knowledge. Buyer has 72 hours after purchase to take puppy to a veterinarian. If upon examination the veterinarian finds that said puppy is not in good health, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 24 hours. Buyer shall return the puppy to the Seller with all of the veterinarian documentation. Seller shall replace said puppy with another puppy of equal value as soon as one is available. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Seller has no obligation to reimburse Buyer for any costs incurred, i.e., medical, shipping, crate, etc. The Buyer agrees that any and all transportation costs, to and/or from the Seller's premises, will be at the cost and sole responsibility of the Buyer.
The Buyer agrees to maintain preventative health care of the puppy including, but not limited to: inoculations, internal as well as external parasites, heart worm preventative medication.
The Buyer agrees to maintain preventative care of the puppy in regards to hip dysplasia, such as proper nutrition, proper exercise, and preventing stress injuries.This agreement is made and signed by both parties to insure the well being and protection of this animal. If any part of this agreement is breached, the Seller is released from any further obligation hereunder.Should the Seller need to seek legal action against the Buyer for violations of this agreement, the Buyer will assume any and all attorney costs and court fees. This contract must be presented to seller for any guarantee to be in effect.
The Seller guarantees that said puppy will be free of congenital birth defects, including hip and elbow dysplasia for up to (3) three years. Any puppy unable to function as a household pet due to canine hip dysplasia must be diagnosed as such by the OFA, or a specialist. Buyer must present all documentation along with x-rays, to the Seller. When a puppy of equal value is available, replacement shall be made. Unlike most breeders, I DO NOT require you to return your dog in order to recieve a replacement if the dog has hip/elbow dysplacia. I know that after 3 years very few people are going to be willing to give up their dog, now a member of their family, in order to have it replaced. If a replacement dog is requested for any other defect, return of the dog may be required prior to replacement. In regards to hip dysplasia, a second opinion shall be sought by Buyer prior to replacement of puppy/ dog. This second must be by a specialist in the field of canine hip evaluation. Seller reserves the right to have Sellers specialist review all documentation including x rays and full medical records. The Buyer agrees that the Seller may repossess the animal upon evidence of neglect and/or abuse at no expense to the Seller, and no refund and any monies. The Buyer agrees that the puppy will NOT be left alone in the backyard or kennel Only. The Buyer agrees that the puppy will reside at the home of the Buyer, and not be chained or "tied out". This animal is sold with the understanding that it was to go to select homes, be socialized properly, and become a member of the family. Buyer agrees to release and hold harmless Seller for any and all liability, damages, or injuries, caused either directly or indirectly by Puppy to any person, animal, whether actual or legal, or to any property whether real or personal. Furthermore, Buyer assumes full liability for any damages or injuries, whether physical or mental, emotional or economic, caused by Puppy, to any person whether actual or legal, or to any property, whether real or personal, after receiving and acknowledging delivery and possession of Puppy.Seller reserves the right to refuse replacement of any dog returned for faulty temperament or hip dysplasia if Seller deems that such was due to Buyer's negligence or abuse.
The Buyer agrees that this animal will not be used for breeding purposes until at least 24 months of age to another Rottweiler either registered with the AKC or other certified dog registry (ADRK, UKC, CKC). The buyer also agrees that OFA or compareable certification be done before breeding.
There shall be no refund of purchase price for said puppy nor will a puppy of greater value be given as replacement. This guarantee must be presented as proof/amount of purchase and/or quality of puppy at any time a request is being made for replacement. The original price of said puppy may be applied to anther of greater value with the difference being paid by the Buyer.This contract shall be deemed a legal and binding agreement between Seller and Buyer and is under the jurisdiction of the State of Tennessee in Johnson County. It is further agreed that should any dispute/arbitration between Seller and Buyer regarding said puppy/dog occur that the legal venue shall be Johnson County, Tennessee.
